Isabel Swan

Isabel Swan is a professional sailor and Olympic medalist in Beijing 2008. Graduated in Social Communication from UFF and Postgraduate in Project Management from Ibmec-RJ, she currently works for EY (Ernest Young) in the area of Consulting and Performance Improvement.

Isabel is a motivational speaker, composes the board of directors of the Rumo Náutico Institute and the Athletes Committee of the Brazilian Olympic Committee. She was an ambassador athlete and responsible for the speech of Brazil’s bid for the Rio 2016 Olympic Games. She worked and defended the Baía Viva program before competing in the waters of Guanabara Bay, representing Brazil in the Rio 2016 Olympics. Finalist in the Rio 2016 Olympics at the Nacra 17 class, her most recent sporting titles are: South American Champion in 2015 and Champion of the Copa Brasil in 2016 and 2017.
